It was announced today that OG will be parting ways with their big stars, carry pro player Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan and support pro player Martin “Saksa” Sazdov. This news came after their recent stumble where OG had a disappointing run in The International 10 back in October. The recent TI10 was a roller coaster ride for the underdog, Team Spirit, which eventually emerged victory from the lower bracket after defeating PSG.LGD in the Grand Finals. Check out the news here.
OG had released a statement via Twitter as SumaiL and Saksa will be looking to join other organisations.

Following TI11, both players expressed their wishes to look for opportunities outside of OG.
We’ll always cherish the time we spend together, and we wish you the best in the future.

This meant that OG will be looking for replacements to prepare for the upcoming Dota Pro Circuit season.
OG former Dota 2 roster:
- Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan
- Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen
- Sรฉbastien “Ceb” Debs
- Martin “Saksa” Sazdov
- Johan “N0tail” Sundstein
OG had a very good start at TI10 and qualified in the Group Stages with 3 wins, 4 draws and 1 lost. However, they lost to Team Secret in the first round of the double elimination. They subsequently lost to TI10 Champion, Team Spirit in the lower bracket.
Despite being the youngest champion to win TI,ย SumaiL had some challenges during the pandemic where he was not able to travel to United States to join with his team. He ended up playing from Europe and his performance was affected by latency issues.
It is not sure if the remaining players will continue for the upcoming Dota Pro Circuit but check out the other movements in the other organisations here.
